Dave Henry, RRT
 Dave has over 30 years of experience as a respiratory therapist. Previous employments have included staff positions, director of cardiopulmonary service, adjunct professor in a bachelors level respiratory care program along with experience in home care. Dave has been with DeVilbiss Healthcare since 1994 with positions as respiratory/sleep specialist and most recently as respiratory clinical specialist. Responsibilities include clinical support to engineering, marketing, and sales departments as well as sleep and respiratory training both internal and external to DeVilbiss Healthcare.

Theresa Shumard
 Theresa Shumard, BA started her allied health career in respiratory care 27 years ago and has over 18 years of experience as a sleep technician after a career as a medical journalist and news reporter. She has been with DeVilbiss Healthcare since 2000 with positions as a sleep specialist and most recently as North American Manager of Sleep/Respiratory Education, Planning and Clinical Services. Her responsibilities include management of clinical support to administration, engineering, marketing, and sales departments as well as sleep and respiratory training both internal and external to DeVilbiss Healthcare.

Robert Hoover, MD
 Robert Hoover, MD, MPH, FACP is SVP of Global Clinical Services at DeVilbiss Healthcare. Dr. Hoover spent 7 years at CIGNA as a Medicare Durable Medical Equipment Regional Carrier (DMERC) Medical Director where he was responsible for coverage, coding and claim review for durable medical equipment, orthotics and prosthetics in Region D. At DeVilbiss, Dr. Hoover leads clinical education and research and provides support to new product development. Dr. Hoover earned his medical degree from the University of South Alabama and completed his residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. In addition, he holds a Master’s of Public Health (MPH) from the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Hoover is board-certified in internal medicine and is a Fellow in the American College of Physicians.
