Get CEU Credits: Four Upcoming Webinars From DeVilbiss Clinical Education

For the last few months, the DeVilbiss Healthcare team has been hard at work developing an online clinical education resource for Respiratory Therapists and Sleep Technologists.

The website is http://www.DeVilbissClinicalEducation.com and it offers two types of CEU courses -- live and on-demand.

The live courses are presented as a webinar. To attend, a live webinar all you need to do is register and connect to the webinar with an Internet-connected computer and a telephone (for the audio portion).

The on-demand courses are recorded playbacks of live webinars that you can watch as online videos.  Each on-demand webinar is followed by an interactive quiz.  Upon successful completion of each quiz, course attendees are presented with a certificate for CEU credit.

So far this year, we have conducted 6 live webinars, each of which was recorded as a video.  The recorded webinars will be available for on-demand playback by July 1.  Each on-demand webinar will be approved for CEU credit through AARC.

Attendees for the on-demand webinars will watch the video online and then take a short quiz to veryfiy that they completed the entire webinar.  Once the quiz is completed with a passing score, the record will be submitted by DeVilbiss Healthcare to AARC to ensure that credit is issued.
